An international selection tender is now open, until February 18th 2021, for recruitment in the form of an uncertain term contract concluded under the Portuguese Labour Code, of one doctoral position for the exercise of scientific research activities in the scientific area of Law, at the Research Centre for Justice and Governance (JusGov). This international selection tender is opened under the program contract, signed with FCT (Fundação para a Cência e a Tecnologia – FCT I.P.; National Agency for Science and Technology), on 4 September 2018, with ref. no.CEECINST/00157/2018, and addendum of 23 January 2020, under the framework of the Institutional Support Tender Procedure.

Any national, foreign or stateless candidate holding a doctoral degree in Law or other related scientific areas and a scientific and professional curriculum vitae indicative of a profile suitable to the activities to be developed can submit his/her application.

For the purpose of determining the profile appropriate to the activities to be developed, specific requirements are:

  1. Doctoral degree completed at least 2 years prior and no more than 7 years prior;
  2. At least two scientific publications, on the specific areas of the competition, in international scientific journals indexed in Hein-Online, JSTOR or SSRN databases;
  3. Oral and written proficiency in English.
