JusGov’s researcher Fanny Tittel-Mosser has just published a book with Routledge, entitled  Implementing EU Mobility Partnerships: Putting Soft Law into Practice. The book provides a comprehensive assessment of the effectiveness of EU Mobility Partnerships and their consequences for third countries.

Fanny Tittel-Mosser has a PhD in Law (2018) from the Law School of the University of Minho. Her doctoral project was supervised by Professor Patrícia Jerónimo, JusGov Director, with co-supervision by   Professor Maarten Vink, from Maastricht University, and developed within the scope of the project TRANSMIC (Transnational Migration, Citizenship and the Circulation of Rights and Responsibilities), funded by the European Commission under the Marie Curie Actions framework.
