SUMMARY:E-TEC4Space: Law and Policy Challenges for a Competitive Domain
DESCRIPTION:The international conference “E-TEC4Space: Law and Policy Challenges for the Space Domain” marks the launch of JusGov’s important new research area focused on Space Law and Public Policy. The event is organized in coordination with the School of Medicine and is part of the “Minho Space Days” in which both Schools of the University organize international events dedicated to the theme of space. E-TEC4Space brings together professionals from the public and private sectors and stakeholders from three organic units of the University of Minho (School of Law\, School of Engineering\, and School of Medicine) to explore synergies and determine how best to capitalize on the strong dynamics in the space sector together. The opening ceremony at the School of Law will be attended by General Pascal Legai (ret.) (European Space Agency)\, who will deliver the opening address.
