DESCRIPTION:The Law School of the University of Minho and JusGov – Research Centre for Justice and Governance\, in partnership with the Medical School and the ICVS – Institute for Life and Health Research\, challenge the academic community and society to join the conversation on the topic of personal data protection in clinical research.\nThe European legal framework on the protection of personal data has imposed a new discipline in order to strengthen the confidence of citizens in the European Union\, with regard to data processing.
