DESCRIPTION:We are honoured to extend to you the invitation to the 3rd edition of the Cycle of Workshops 2023 – “Current Issues of Justice: dialogues between Brazil and Europe” promoted by the National School for Training and Improvement of Judges (ENFAM) and the Law School of the University of Minho (EDUM). DESCRIPTION:The questions related to collaborative economy are increasingly current\, as these activities have a growing social\, economic\, political and legal impact. Recognizing the importance of collaborative economy activities\, as enhancers of economic growth and social well-being\, Jus-Gov carried out a research project\, in which the phenomenon of collaborative economy was discussed.
