The Forum of Researchers from Higher Education and Research Institutions of Santarém/Pará/Brazil (FOPIESS), in partnership with the Research Centre for Justice and Governance (JusGov) and the Centre for Molecular and Environmental Biology (CBMA) of the University of Minho (Portugal), promotes the XXI Meeting of Studies and Debates on Freshwater of the Lower Amazon, this year under the theme: The role of the Courts in the defence of the environment in the current Brazilian context.
The event takes place on May 4 and 5, at 2 pm, in the Courtroom of the Law School of the University of Minho, and will be broadcasted via the YouTube channel of the Law School.
