On May 28th, 2021, starting at 2:10 pm, will be held the Webinar “The protection of the rule of law in the European Union”, organised by EDUM (School of Law of the University of Minho), together with JusGov – CEDU (Research Centre for Justice and Governance – Studies in European Union Law) and APDE (Portuguese Association of European Law).

The event gathers the interventions of Carlos Botelho Moniz, Alessandra Silveira, Joana Covelo de Abreu and José Manuel Fernandes, in order to reflect upon how the European Union has played an important role in protecting the rule of law and the way it has asserted itself as a Union of right.
