SUMMARY:Sexual Orientation and Gender Identity in International Human Rights Law
DESCRIPTION:The second session of the Conference Cycle “Jurisprudential Dialogues on Human Rights”\, designed to foster discussion on current issues concerning human rights and the role of the courts\, will take place on 22 October at 3:00 p.m. (Braga time)\, in an online format. \nThis session\, held in Spanish\, will focus on the protection of the rights of LGBTIQ+ persons and on the role of human rights protection systems with regard to sexual orientation and gender identity.
