SUMMARY:Public financial sustainability and judicial power: Family Courts
DESCRIPTION:This conference takes place within the scope of the project “PUBLIC FINANCIAL SUSTAINABILITY AND JUDICIAL POWER: When Courts use the lack of public money as a decision argument”\, and aims at analysis the context under Family Courts. \nThe project attempts to capture the meaning and scope of jurisdictional decisions\, when in the underlying disputes\, issues of austerity and lack of public funds emerge.
