Fictitious companies are a phenomenon of unavoidable practical relevance, although it is true, however, that the doctrinal work on these entities has been relatively limited. In this class, taught in an open regime, fictitious societies will be approached, firstly in their broadest conception, and then proceed to a detailed analysis of their main types, as well as the effects they have on legal and economic traffic. Next, the study of the figure of disregarding the legal personality, its legal support and its modalities is taken care of, undertaking, in a step of great importance, to establish the requirements for its application, a proposal that brings solidity to this figure of doctrinal and jurisprudential character. The two distinct themes are related at the functional level. Due to its nature and complexity, the class is suitable for master’s students, magistrates and lawyers.
