The JusGov Research Seminar, organized by E-Tec in collaboration with the School of Researchers, will be held on October 12.

This event is free of charge and will take place at Anfiteatro 0.10, University of Minho’s Law School, at 4:00 p.m.

Beyond the presentation of E-Tec and the School of Researchers, 3 current themes will be presented and discussed by young researchers:

• The Consumer Concept and the Buyer Retention Right
• Smart legal contracts: the genesis of the digital revolution in contract law
