DESCRIPTION:The Research Centre for Justice and Governance (JusGov)\, the Interdisciplinary Research Centre for Human Rights and the Law School of the University of Minho organize an International Seminar\, entitled Penalties + Humane: challenges between the criminal justice system and restorative justice\, dedicated to the new challenges surrounding Restorative Justice and Criminal Justice.
