On November 7-8, the International Conference Corruption, Democracy and Human Rights will take place at Escola de Direito da Universidade do Minho – EDUM, Braga.

Corruption issues, both in their typical models and in the new formats they are assuming, today represent a very significant part of the concerns of economic criminal law, as well as of all citizens. Reflection around its contours, the challenges it raises in terms of crime prevention and repression, as well as the problems it poses to democracy itself are shared across all latitudes, so that an international discussion of the problem is fully justified, such as which this International Congress intends to carry out.

The participation in this conference is free of charge, but registration is mandatory, through the following email: jusgov@direito.uminho.pt.
