The present project aims to identify the challenges and problems that AI and Robotics raise or may raise in the near future in several areas of law. The aim is to discuss and structure proposals for legislation or interpretative solutions for the identified problems, not leaving aside the ethical issues involved.

In an initial phase, each researcher will proceed to the identification of the problems in question, discussing the results of this preliminary investigation in one of the Webinars structured around common areas, the first of which is dedicated to the problems raised by AI in Health Law and (Bio)Ethic.
