DESCRIPTION:As part of the “Law and the Performing Arts” project\, another workshop will be held on November 8 at the University of Minho\, this time dedicated to Trademarks of performances and titles of works.\nThis event will feature the intervention of Prof. Maria Miguel Carvalho (Associate Professor with Aggregation at the University of Minho Law School and Integrated Researcher at the Justice and Governance Research Center) and Dr. Ana Miguel Neto Ferreira (Associate Professor with Aggregation at the University of Minho Law School and Integrated Researcher at the Justice and Governance Research Center).
