DESCRIPTION:Within the framework of its research group JUSLAB\, JUSGOV continues the debates on the relevance of the financial crisis in the decisions of Portuguese courts. After a first event dedicated to the common/civil Courts (last semester)\, and before the debates that will focus on the Administrative and Tax Courts\, the Constitutional Court (TC) and the Court of Justice of the European Union (CJEU)\, it is now time of the Court of Auditors\,frequently regarded as the “guardian of public finances. \n  \nORGANIZATION \nJoaquim Freitas da Rocha \nPROGRAMME \nREGISTRATION * \nSTREAMING \n* Mandatory registration to obtain a certificate of participation\, awarded to all participants who attend a minimum of half of the debate. \n
