As part of the activities developed by the School of Law of the University of Minho and the Justice and Governance Research Centre (JusGov), the School of Researchers is organizing a series of webinars on the theme “Transversal skills for scientific research in Law”.

This cycle of webinars, open to the academic community in general, is especially aimed at students from the various cycles of studies in the scientific area of Law.

Research in law benefits not only from solid scientific and technical skills, but also from transversal skills that enable researchers, for example, to manage their career and professional expectations, communicate effectively in public, deal appropriately with time and stress, and carry out their research in accordance with high ethical standards.

Over the course of four webinars, renowned jurists will discuss with academics and professionals from other scientific fields some of the difficulties jurists face in their research and the tools they can use to overcome these obstacles.

Participation is free but subject to registration.
