The COURSE ON TAX EXECUTION AND OFFENCES aims to reflect, in a logic of interaction with society, on the consequences of the failure to meet pecuniary obligations before the State, as well as providing a general framework of some specific areas in which the application of fines constitutes a relevant penalty.
- PEF: debts subject to tax foreclosure, including fees, prices and tariffs due to concessionaires; processing of the executive process; reversal against subsidiary officers; pledges; means of defense (opposition, complaint, etc.);
- CO: road, environmental, municipal, tax and labor offenses; administrative offences procedure and proceeding.
