SUMMARY:Course on FAMILY MEDIATION
DESCRIPTION:Alternative dispute resolution (ADR) has grown in Portugal and is seen as a way to build a diversified justice system\, one that is closer to the citizen. As a consequence\, family mediation has assumed a greater preponderance in different legal diplomas in the area of Family and Children’s Law.
