This workshop focuses on AI-augmented mediation, where a human mediator conducts a face-to-face process supported by AI tools used before, during, or after sessions. The emphasis is on human–AI collaboration in mediation practice, rather than on automated or fully online dispute resolution systems. Part of the 21st International Conference on Artificial Intelligence and Law (ICAIL).
Part 1 — “Expert Inputs”, featuring Robert Junqueira, John Zeleznikow, François Bogacz, and Daniel Rainey.
Part 2 — “Global Round Table”, led by Daniel Rainey and Francisco Pacheco de Andrade and featuring Colin Rule, Cátia Marques Cebola, Chris Draper, and Morenike Obi-Farinde.
