DESCRIPTION:The 5th JusCrim International Congress\, organized by the Justice and Governance Research Centre (JusGov) of the University of Minho Law School\, will focus on the theme of victim protection in the criminal justice system. The event will take place at the University of Minho Law School on November 25 and 26. \nThe aim of the conference will be to create an interdisciplinary space for reflection and debate between academia and practice\, against the backdrop of the main challenges facing the protection\, participation and reparation of victims\, without neglecting the current demands for an effective and fair criminal process.
