The Fernando Pessoa University (UFP), together with the Research Centre for Justice and Governance of the School of Law of the University of Minho (JusGov), is organising the IV Webinar on Political and Humanitarian Studies Research. The event, co-organised by UFP and JusGov, will take place on 11 June in the Fernando Pessoa Noble Hall and will be developed within the scope of the theme of Justice, Governance and Social Transformation: legal, institutional and social challenges.
This webinar proposes an interdisciplinary and critical reflection on the contemporary challenges faced by societies at the intersection of justice, governance, and social transformation, addressing legal, institutional, and social dimensions in an integrated manner. The programme combines theoretical and empirical perspectives, articulating analyses in the fields of global governance, international law, diplomacy, international security, technological innovation, democracy, citizenship, human rights, and the protection of vulnerable groups.
