The event will take place in a hybrid model (14/07 online | 15/07 in person) and the program will include plenary sessions in charge of guest speakers, who will discuss, from a comparative law perspective, the themes of sustainable cities, cities of proximity, territories, heritage and smart mobility, as well as the implementation of the algorithmic city, its possibilities and risks (concerning personal data and cybersecurity).
The session on 07.15 also includes the presentation of the provisional report regarding the empirical research work, which is carried out by the grantees of the “Smart Cities and law, E.Governance and Rights” project, in 7 municipalities in the north of the country, to which a round table discussion will follow, in which the respective mayors and their representatives will be present.
