SUMMARY:4th edition of the 2023 Cycle of Workshops - Current Issues in Justice: dialogues between Brazil and Europe
DESCRIPTION:We have the honour to extend to you the invitation to the 4th edition of the Cycle of Workshops 2023 – Current Issues of Justice: dialogues between Brazil and Europe promoted by the National School for Training and Improvement of Magistrates (ENFAM) and the Law School of the University of Minho (EDUM). \nThe theme of this fourth edition of the training will be the Financial Liability of Authorities for Damage to Public Assets and Treasury and will be held on 16 June\, from 9am to 10.20am\, Brasilia time\, and from 1pm to 2.20pm\, Portugal time. \nRegistrations may be made up to 10 minutes before the event through the following link:\nhttps://educa.enfam.jus.br/inscricao-ciclo-de-workshops-temas-atuais-da-justica-dialogos-entre-brasil-e-europa-responsabilidade-financeira-de-autoridades-por-danos-ao-patrimonio-e-aos-cofres-publicos \nThe guest speakers will be the Councillor Judge of the Court of Auditors José Mouraz Lopes (PhD in Law from the Coimbra University Law School) and the judge of law of the TJDFT Paulo Afonso Cavichioli Carmona (PhD in Law from the Pontifical Catholic University of São Paulo – PUC/SP). \nThe moderation and final comments will be in charge of professors: Fabrício Castagna Lunardi (ENFAM); Alessandra Silveira and Carlos Abreu Amorim (JUSGOV – EDUM). \n
