JusGov researchers Cristina Dias, Rossana Cruz and Sónia Moreira have coordinated the volume “Children, Family and Inheritance Law – 10th Anniversary Commemorative Book of the Master’s Programme”.
This publication marks the ten-year anniversary of the Master’s in Children, Family and Inheritance Law, which began in the 2013/14 academic year. The book brings together contributions from various students who, over the past decade, have chosen this Master’s programme to deepen their knowledge in these key areas of law.
With studies focused on Children’s Law, Family Law, and Inheritance Law, this collection represents a significant academic and scientific record of the programme’s development, as well as the School of Law’s commitment to excellence in specialised legal education.
📚 The volume is available in open access at the following DOI: https://lnkd.in/dR39FBWq
