As of March 2023, Marta Santos Silva, Postdoctoral Researcher at JusGov is Chair of the Members Consultative Committee of the European Legal Institute project on Guiding Principles and Model Rules on Algorithmic Contracts, which is foreseen to be completed by 2025. Her task is to recruit key members of ELI and externals to join ELI and the Committee and to call and chair meetings of the MCC at which a draft of the project’s output is to be discussed.
