An international selection tender is now open for recruitment in the form of an uncertain term contract concluded under the Portuguese Labour Code, of one doctoral position for the exercise of scientific research activities in the scientific areas of Anthropology, Sociology, or related areas, under the framework of the research project InclusiveCourts – Equality and cultural difference in the practice of Portuguese courts: Challenges and opportunities for an inclusive society, Ref. 28229, funded by national funds through FCT/MCTES (PIDDAC).
Any national, foreign or stateless candidate holding a doctoral degree in Anthropology, Sociology or other related scientific areas and a scientific and professional curriculum vitae indicative of a profile suitable to the activities to be developed can submit his/her application.
For the purpose of determining the profile appropriate to the activities to be developed, specific requirements are:
- Publications in the scientific areas of the competition;
- Proven experience in fieldwork and in the use of ethnographic research methods;
- Proficiency in Portuguese.
