On the 19th of February at 2pm, the activities of the Portuguese Hub of the European Law Institute, which Dr Marta Santos Silva, Postdoctoral Researcher at the JusGov (Research Centre for Justice and Governance), coordinates together with Prof. Graça Enes (Faculty of Law, University of Porto), will be inaugurated. The event will consist of a webinar, the first in the series of the Brown Bag Lunch webinars of the Hub and it will be given by Prof Teresa Rodríguez de las Heras Ballell, from the Carlos III University in Madrid. The presentation will be in Spanish and will deal with the recently published Interim Report of the European Law Institute on European Consumer Law and Automated Contractual Decisions. The presentation will be followed by a commentary by Professor Sónia Moreira, Assistant Professor with Habilitation at the Law School of the University of Minho and coordinator of E-TEC – State, Enterprise and Technology of JusGov.
