CIIDH organizes one more session dedicated to “Smart Cities and Fundamental Rights”, on the 31^st March, beginning at 9.30h.  This session aims to debate, internationally and in an inter-disciplinary way, the impacts of Information and Knowledge Technologies in Fundamental Rights and, particularly, the way how Communication Technologies and Networks will impact the life in the cities, the organisation of work and commerce, and the positive and negative impacts in terms of fundamental rights.
