During this conference the speakers will be looking at the general mechanisms to fight treaty abuse, the history of LOB provisions and the (in)compatibility of the Principal Purpose Test with the Brazilian legal system.

This conference will take place at the School of Law of the University of Minho on the 17th of May 2019.

It is the result of a joint initiative of JUSGOV, the LL.M. in European and Transglobal Business Law and the Master in Tax Law.
